I stopped playing Xenowars after the second mission. It's a procedural squad-based arena shooter that wasn't to my liking.
The movement felt sluggish for a shooter, and I found the AI a mixed blessing. While they did seem to shoot faster than I could, they also had a tendency to shoot my player—and I them. I did appreciate the option to give them commands during the mission and found them effective at holding positions.
